6:00pm - 6:30pm: Emma Kron introduces the NY Pork Producers Co-op and the National Check-off program. Gives a “NY State of Pork” overview.

6:30pm - 7:30pm: Amy Barkley gives a 45 minute “Pork Production Best Practices” presentation with time for Q&A.

7:30pm - 8:30pm: Matt LeRoux gives a 45 minute “Profitable Pork Marketing” presentation with time for Q&A.
