Join us on January 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM for CCE’s Fermentation Workshop.
Participants will learn the essentials of fermentation and gain the skills needed to make yogurt and kombucha at home. This all-inclusive workshop features live demonstrations of yogurt and kombucha fermentation.
The $25 registration fee includes tested recipes; ingredients for both yogurt and kombucha fermentation; pH strips; a food thermometer; a kombucha cup; and cheesecloth.
