Freezer Meals Workshop-Extreme Budget

Learn how to prepare healthy, family-friendly freezer meals while building budgeting skills to help you save money all year long. CCE will guide you step-by-step as you prep and assemble 12 delicious freezer meals your family can enjoy without breaking the bank.

This workshop will be our last freezer meal workshop until Fall 2026.

All participants will be provided with a grocery list of items to bring the day of the workshop to assemble your 12 freezer meals. CCE will provide materials such as freezer bags, bag labels, cooking oils, vinegars and some seasonings. A Shopping list will be provided by email after registration. All participants will get a recipe booklet to take home for your freezer meals.

  • Salsa Verde Chicken
  • Easy Tomato Soup
  • Taco Chili With Cornbread Topping
  • Chicken Teriyaki & Broccoli
  • Honey Mustard Glazed Pork & Pineapple
  • Ground Beef & Veggie Skillet
  • Chicken or Spinach Enchiladas
  • Cheesy Pepperoni Pasta
  • One-Pot Ground Beef Taco Pasta
  • Sausage & Egg Quiche
  • No Bake Crispy Rice Granola Bars
