Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) Program 2026-2027

4-H members who wish to participate in the Delaware County 4-H Livestock Auction at the Delaware County Fair will be required to complete an annual certificate through the National YQCA organization. Delaware County 4-H will provide 4 in person opportunities for youth to complete this certification. Youth who cannot attend the in person option can complete the certificate online directly with YQCA. If youth participate with Delaware County 4-H, the cost of certificate will be covered by the program. If families wish to take the online YQCA certificate, there will be a $12 cost per youth to complete: https://yqcaprogram.org
