4-H Felting Flags

In honor of both the 25th anniversary of September 11th and our USA 250 semi quincentennial series, we will be felting flags! Felting is the process of turning a fiber such as wool into a matted fabric. There are multiple ways to felt. We will be learning needle or dry felting where you physically interlock individual fibers together using a barbed needle.
