JUNE 1 - 4-H Horse Forms Deadline

To be eligible to compete in the 4-H Horse Show, you MUST be an active 4-H member for the current 4-H year.

Horses MUST be registered at Cornell Cooperative Extension, Hamden. (Horse Certificates handed in to the Extension office by June 1 of the current 4-H year.) 

Required Paperwork: 

• Horse Certificate 

• 4-H Animal Lease Agreement (if applicable) 

• Current Negative Coggins (2025 or 2026) 

• Current Year Rabies Certificate
