4-H Felting: Gingerbread

Felting is the process of turning a fiber such as wool into a matted fabric. There are multiple ways to felt. We will be learning needle or dry felting where you physically interlock individual fibers together using a barbed needle. We will be making a felted gingerbread person. Class size is limited to 10 participants. Youth under 10 must have a parent or guardian present to assist. The cost is free; however, participants will have the option to purchase their kit to take home at a cost of $20.00 per participant.
