Join CCEDC’s Horticulturist Lila Shafer and 4-H Staff in creating a beautiful winter themed garland. This program will be limited to 24 participants, pre-registration is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own snips if they have them and their creativity! Please note: A $10 fee will be charged to help cover the cost of materials for this program. Please bring either cash or check to the day of the event.
