Join CCEDC’s Horticulture Educator Lila Schaffer and 4-H Staff in creating a beautiful winter garland. Participants are encouraged to bring their own snips if they have them and their creativity! Please note: A small fee will be charged to help cover the cost of materials for this program. Please bring either cash or check the day of the event.
