4-H Member Record Books & Award Trip

Submitting your record book annually at the close of the 4-H year is a great way to make sure your records are current and as accurate as possible since they are fresh in your mind, get feedback from judges on how to strengthen your record-keeping skills, earn engagement points, and even apply for County Champion recognition as well as applying for Award Trips (once you turn 13)! 

To apply, complete the application form and submit with your completed 4-H Record Book by email to 4-H Staff or mail to
