  • Basics of growing fruits and vegetables
  • Basics of Value- Added products
  • Introduction to housing, care of, & marketing pigs, poultry, waterfowl and turkeys
  • Overview of growing cut flowers & ornamental horticulture
  • Strategies to get your products to consumers
  • Beginning maple production
