The 4-H Spring Horse Clinic is Back! On Sunday, June 22nd at the Delaware County Fairgrounds the 4-H HAC Committee will be hosting the beloved 4-H Horse Clinic starting at 9:00am. Youth do not need to bring a horse to participate in the clinic. If youth do plan on riding, please be sure to bring 4-H approved riding/handling equipment for the sections you wish to participate in. This is a free clinic and lunch will be provided. This clinic can be used towards the 2 required activities in order to ride at the fair if attended. In order for this activity to count towards the minimum requirement for fair, youth must stay for the duration of at least one of the 3 sessions below. Below is a description and schedule of the day:
Please arrive at 8:30am to allow time for tacking up if you plan on attending with a horse.
Morning Session 9:00am-12:00pm:
Clinician: Dani Pinto- Gymkhana (Walk/Trot or Walk/Trot/Canter depending on current 4-H riding evaluation level)
Clinician: Courtney Brock- Miniature Horse
