DESCRIPTION:Milt Thomson was a Delaware County Fair Director from 1957-1994. He served as Treasurer for many years and helped save the Fair in 1957.Doug Thomson, Milt’s son, was an active 4-Her, showing Guernsey cows. He continued to be actively involved in the Fair through 1998.
